Lion King Jr. Volunteer Opportunities 

Volunteer Opportunities January-February

Costume Making: materials will be provided by LV Drama.

Grub Sock Puppets – Grizel 

4 people – Paper mache Lion and Hyena mask – Yasi

1-2 people Lioness Head Dresses/Headbands

1 person Rifiki Beaded/feathered  necklace/ collar. 

2 Tec support to set up lighting and sound cables ect.

1 person Ticket Sales: Litsa Tanner

Set up eventbrite or other platform to sell tickets online.

Concessions Planning: Elisa Punjal

Need 1 person to take on organizing. And 3-4 other people to procure different donations/items. Ideas: popcorn, cookies, coffee/tea, flowers, face painting, T-shirt sales. 

1 person Photo Station: can include plywood cut out scene or back drop (materials paid for by LV drama)

1 person for the Program/Playbill Design and Printing (paid for by LV drama). Can include ad sales. Elisabeth

Volunteer Opportunities March

4 Rehearsal parents for dress rehearsal – Kristi

2 face painting (cast) before the show. Kristi, Hazel

2 People to bring snack to dress rehearsal

3 parents for during school preview (Tentatively March 8th)

3 Set up Crew 

3-4 Consesson per show

5 back stage parents (in dressing room/classroom) per show

2 Ticket Takers/usher per show – Marisol (Friday pm, Sunday matinee)

2 People Tec support to set up lighting and sound cables ect.
